"Life at its best is a flowing changing process in which nothing
is fixed."
-Carl R. Rogers

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support. In my practice I offer person-centred therapy and counselling for adults, children, and adolescents, providing a safe, understanding space where everyone can be heard and supported.
For children and teens, therapy helps build confidence, navigate school and friendships, and cope with change. For adults, counselling offers guidance through life’s transitions, stress, or personal challenges.
My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, empowering every individual—no matter their age—to feel understood, supported, and ready to grow.

I offer my therapy and counseling services through the Anchors of Hope Counseling Center in West Ashley, a welcoming and professional environment dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families. By partnering with Anchors of Hope, I am able to provide accessible, high-quality care for adults, children, and adolescents in a safe and supportive setting.

Person-centered therapy offers support during times of crisis, stress, or change. It provides a safe and understanding space where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and move toward healing at your own pace

In the child-centered approach to play therapy, the same principles of person-centered counseling apply. Play becomes the child’s natural language for expressing feelings, working through challenges, and discovering new ways of coping

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works from a person-centered approach. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Berlin, Germany, and brings over 15 years of experience to her work with clients
